snow recovery

Post by fulsizjeep »

I do know we have ice on the driveway around back. Now I do. ;) It is gravel and the 21" snow we got are now down to 4-8" deep depending on how much sun it gets. So I came home in the 2wd Nite with 27 bales of hay tied on the bed. Rode down to the back no problem but empty she went nowhere fast. Phoebe got to make her first pull since the resurrection this morning.

No pix of me driving that thing. :P OK, 7 in the bottom, then you can stack them across and hang over about 2-3" in 2 layers of 8 and top it off with 4 down the center. It is a load for 1/2 ton. ;)

 at first I thought you were talking about round bales.
Then I quickly realized the truck would be flat :P

The Government has now outlawed Round bales. Too many people were complaining that their critters weren't getting a square meal. :-bd
