I am trying to replace the glass on my fron passenger door. I was able to get the trim and door panel off without issue. I was able to get the old glass out very easily as the window shattered. I got the new glass in, but I cannot get the window in the front and rear tracks as the bar for the door lock is in the way. I need to remove the door lack mechanism in order to make enough room to get the window in. If anyone has ideas, suggestions, or solutions, that would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

The key cylinder is held in by a flat metal retainer that slides out. Take it out, then the door lock mechanism is held to the door with 3 screws. Once those are out you have to twist the mechanism around to pull out the rod to the electric lock actuator.
