Three pedals but no shifter. Where did the shifter go? I guess that will be on the to find list.

Don't worry about that shifter, your not going to be off roading that thing anyway. When you find it send it to me. :D
Other than that the floor look darn good for 50 year old. Keep the pictures coming.

I seem to have misplaced the shifter to drive her, not the one to put her in 4WD. I might go off road for a picnic. I have the basket and all, just need to find that perfect patch of green grass.

Grandpa Jerry, here is the wrap around A pillar chrome trim for a 64 Waggy . Cool right.... :idea:

Yes very cool. I did not know that the windshield trim wrap around like that on the earlier model until your dad told me.

Carpet laid in and the new seat's in to see what the 64 is going to look like.

That cleaned up really really nice. Do I need to send you a bunch of other seat to clean up :D

That carpet looks much better in the 64 that it would have in Phoebe. Good Stuff! :-bd :fsj:

After a crazy month of the girls being in Cal , we are back to working on the 64. Got the carpet in just have some trimming left to do . The seats cleaned up nice and look good in it.

On a side note, there has been a thread about the under rear seat storage and these guys would love to see pics of the inside of it... :D

We started the body prep today for paint. There is not much overall ,a lot of surface rust the has been coming off with just a med. grit sanding sponge. The 5 dings are hammered out and filled.

The roof has the most surface rust. And small dent.

The hood also had a small dent that is now gone.
Tomorrow we'll start to de-chrome and primer
Still can't believe how straight this thing is.

That is incredibly straight for its age. So much sanding though! My fear is that I will miss a bit of rust and it will come back a few years later.
