timing specs

ok I need to time my Cherokee its a 360 auto all stock. But I have no idea what the stock specs are supposed to be as a place to start does anyone have any advice or know where to start?

Around 8 with the vacuum disconnected (but plugged).
If you have a vacuum guage try around your highest vacuum and work from there.

Mine seems to runs best 2 deg advanced with vac advance disconnected and plugged.
