I have been assessing the rust on my 82 Wagoneer body. I am going to need outer rockers, inner rockers, floor pans, and some of the driver side floor bracing supports. I have been looking for repops panels and I have had no luck finding inner rockers or any floor bracings.

Does anybody have any recommendations on where to get these panels or are they even reproduced?

Kinda think everything that's currently available will be offered on either BJ's or TGW web site. These retailers seek out whatever is available for these Jeeps for their store. Junkyards will cut sections for you if you can find a wreck that's in better shape than what you have - look for parts cars in the South and West. There are some specialists, including Jake's, Montana Overland and J&W. Or try searching for donors on car-part.com. Unlikely there's much NOS remaining that's not in some enthusiast's stash.

Suspect you'll have to fab anything that's hidden, like the inners and floor supports. They show outers and floor pans here. Really, floor pans seem like the easiest parts to fabricate, and they will be hidden and don't need to be pretty. Floor supports can be made from square tubing, or you can possibly buy bulk hat channel from Raybuck. Pickup bed support channels might be a source for floor support material.

I see you are in the Detroit area. I may have the support structure you want. Come and get it before it goes to scrap! Or you can buy the very nice Wagoneer body I have and save yourself the trouble.

When I did my floors I tried to keep as much shiny down as possible then fabbed and butt welded the holes from 18 gauge. I also had to fabricate some of the supports under the seat that were pretty crusty.

More recently, I had a couple of holes in my DS outer rocker and after cutting it out was pleasantly surprised that the rust seemed to be isolated here and after a couple shots of cavity wax buttoned it back up. I guess time will tell if I was correct.

Floor supports youll need to cut out if a Jeep.. any 76+ J10 wagoneer or cherokee will bolt up. Theyre all identical.

I jist went through this on my J10.. i cut the floor support out of an 88. And welded it onto my 76 J10
