1988 Grand Wagoneer "Rosie"

Post by MHWagoneer »

This is my sister's 1988 Grand Wagoneer "Rosie". She's been part of the family for several years now, but she is getting ready to sell her. I'm repairing a few odds and ends, such as blinkers, brake lights, starter, etc. I've been daily driving her for the last several weeks and really hate that I don't have the room to keep her! I have to say this has REALLY given me the itch to buy an old full size Jeep!

Starts, runs, and drives like she should. Cold blowing Air Conditioning, Interior almost like brand new, Paint about 5 years old. Full, well done color change that included everything but the engine bay. It was originally a dark blue, so the engine bay pretty much just looks black which is much better than an obvious color change (like Pink exterior and yellow engine bay). Paint, paneling, and interior work was all professionally done around 5 years ago.

While pink is certainly not my color, I like how the woodgrain was changed to accent the pink also.

Really clean looking Waggy.

Yeah, I like what they did there too. My brother-in-law worked with them on the exterior restoration. Much better than a standard wood grain would have looked with the pink paint.

There needs to be a Pink Panther on that thing somewhere.. 8^)
It does look very clean. I hope you find the "right" buyer.

Nice looking Rig. It looks like it already has a spot at your home! Just joking, that rig should be kept in a garage to keep the paint and body looking good!
