I have a ton of exciting parts I'm working on bringing to production this year, so stay tuned for new stuff. Clock bezels and sun visor retainers are being quoted for Injection molding right now. The newest part/parts I'm working on are the bucket seat brackets. So far I've got the passenger outer bracket modeled and ready to prototype, the other 3 to follow!

Not sure if you take requests or if this would be feasible but have you looked into making the plastic under dash ac vents?
Like the pieces that go in here. I think, since I’m assuming it would be more difficult to make the whole vent assembly thing, you could just do the outer bezel piece (like seen in the vent second to the right) just to help kind of clean up the edges of the vent and make it look more presentable. Not sure if this would work with the materials and tools at your disposal but I feel like it would be nice since the majority of these are brittle, broken or missing. If this is something you would consider doing but don't have dimensions for, I would send you dimensions.

The vent louvers and surround are definitely a part I want to reproduce in the future! Unfortunately I just sold the whole unit from my Cherokee which had 100% intact vents. So I'll have to source some good ones to start reverse engineering them.

Alot of exciting progress this week! Injection molding quotes are coming in for the clock bezel and sun visor clip and with that I need to finalize the colors. I want to produce as close to original color parts as possible, however, I only have nutmeg color plastic parts from my personal vehicles. If you have unwanted parts that could be used for color matching please reach out to me and we can make a deal!
I have been knocking out CAD models for parts left and right and have started test production for the bucket seat outer brackets. These are the front outside bucket seat brackets. I will come back and do the inner brackets but my experience thus far has been that the inner brackets are usually in good shape while the outers have always been rotten.
Thank you TheJ10Guy for sending the vent louvers for designing. I wish I would have popped one out of the Cherokee AC unit before I sold it but these old cracked ones show me where the failure points are at least. The link that ties the fins together was a quick one to get done and since it's a flat piece of plastic, I am testing reproducing it without injection molding. I also got a good start on the fins and plan to start testing on the 3D printer soon!

Wish I still needed some, I'd order them in a heartbeat. I like fabbing stuff but am getting lazy as I'm gettting older.... And in a different financial bracket LOL. If I can buy a nice part that does what I need I'll buy it rather than make it.

Thanks yeller, I personally am getting the same way where I would rather save time and spend a little bit more money than sink several hours into a project. So I hope my products will save my customers alot of time fabricating custom parts!

Small update on the bucket seat brackets - the last bracket (passenger inner) has been designed and ready for prototyping. I am aiming for June to have the passenger side brackets ready for purchase.

I am also interested in air conditioning vents as my cherokee was missing all four when I bought it.

Unfortunately I've had to put the plastic parts on the backburner to get the seat brackets going. The high cost of injection molding has also been a limiting factor but hopefully I can get back on designing these parts in the coming months.
