I wouldn’t fear the gear. Your motor will be quite happy singing along at 3k, and with the manual it will be happier with a little more rpm. Besides will you ever consider a larger tire?😈

Right now when I climb 70 to the tunnel I'm riding in 3rd at 3800 for extended periods of time just to keep above 55mph lol. You know the road - 55 is SLOW lol. But any slower and I'd be a danger to others just about.

I agree with you, I think 5.38s are the way to go esp if I ever take advantage of the 1 ton axles and go 38"-40" tires.
