Here's how to mushroom the vent window pivot rivet with damaging anything.
I broke the ear off one trying to use the hammer and rivet setting punch.
rivet punch is from brothers part # VRST001.
Ground the jaws smooth on vise grip, then cut the jaws and welded the setting tool onto vice grips.
Gradually increase the tension = perfectly set rivet.
