Would it be bad form if someone brought a pre-cooked whole turkey?

4 weeks away! We will start talking about meeting times and places. We need someone out there Thursday or Friday as early as possible to grab our spot. I am thinking the same spot as last year, not the other 'usual' spot. I was a little more removed from the main trail and had more shade. A bit more sand to get through but if someone gets stuck we should be good.

I put this on the Facebook but we need someone to pick up the gravy making this year.
I will be happy to buy it, bring firewood and my BBQ but will not be bringing camp cook stuff since I'm not staying the nights at the camp site, I will be in town.

The heading states it's a public group, but I think you still have to have a FB account to access the site.

I'll be there Friday. Not sure what time yet. Did you have a meet up time in mind?

I'm coming down on Friday this year. We can do a lunch meet up if it isn't too early. If that doesn't work, we'll meet the group in town or at the wash. Finally bringing the FSJ this year.

I'll be there Friday afternoon to drop off some firewood, BBQ, tables and setup the bathroom.
Not sure just when, sometime after checking in to the hotel.

I don't have the amount of firewood I had the last two years so it would probably be advisable for others to bring some if they have it.
Also the bathroom tent had to be replaced (I covered that cost) it was just to expensive to fix the previous wind tear and zipper damage.
I will not be back out Sunday morning to retrieve it so someone needs step up and take it home to bring back in 2019.
