The 6x6 thing can be cool in some cases. Like the bright green T-Rex that is in a ton of videos in Moab.

This one however just doesn't do it for me. Would be interested in the rear suspension though.

In this case it really seems to serve no purpose, other than to be different. I guess though I always tell people asking about ideas for their vehicles that it is theirs and do what they like. So if that's what the owner wants great. At least it looks like it was done right. Maybe he tows heavy things and needs the added capacity of tandem axles.

The concept is cool. I'd be interested in seeing the 9" axle with a pass through - 6wd Wagoneer? Maybe take it on some trails.

Ultimately, I think it would be a novelty that wears thin relatively quick - but then if I have a $90K rig, there's probably more options in the driveway for days I just need to run errands.

Ah, screw it, it's wicked cool and I'd take it!

Maybe the suspension is adjustable so as to jack up one axle and make tight cornering easier?

Although, the front grill looks sort of like a neanderthal - or one of those guys at the gym with no neck...

1973 Wagoneer - still not sure why, but since it's here it's going to be cool.

I'm pretty sure there was a 6 wheel drive jeep in top truck challenge 1 year, it was quite a while ago, have to see if I can find the issue.

It is pretty gnarly looking. It's a wild idea. I like the unibrow grill, but ultimately 6x don't do much for me no matter what they're under.

I am surprised to see this in Spokane, though... This seems like an LA kind of rig to me.

I would like to take it on a test drive to see what it handles like.

It would be good for deep snow (not hard pack though) or sand. Anything where flotation helps.

But the rocks it can hurt you. The videos of T-Rex in Moab show that.
