"PROJECT BINKY" Shoehorning a Toyota turbo charged, all wheel drive, drive train into a Mini! For those that don't know Binky is the name of the horse that "DEATH" rides in the Disc World novels by Sir Terry Pratchett!
These guys not only can fab, they don't treat those who are watching like they are idiots, and they are funny. So with out further ado I give you "PROJECT BINKY" brought to you by Bad Obsession Motorsport! So put on the kettle, pour yourself a cuppa tea sit back and enjoy!
I watched all 8 episodes yesterday, was kind of upset when it wasn't finished, I hate waiting. The guy is an amazing fabricator, and I like they just show what they are doing, no stupid made up drama bs.

I was bummed too, they say that life got in the way. IE Paying jobs and a set of twins being born. Just think about all those who had to wait for each episode to come out. There is a boat build I have been following for the last three years like that.

I'm on my second time through the first I watched all of them in a day, now I am catching all the details I missed before. I have figured out you need to know C.A.D.

Very good! The condition of that Mini makes me remember my first Wagoneer. We named it Tetanus. I fixed a lot of it.... but not to that level. I love watching people who actually know what they are doing (unlike me)

After all the work they did to get the unibody to handle the extra power and weight I got to wondering if the smarter choice would have been to build a frame out of 2x4 tube then bolt the body to it.
