Well Jim, I'd be happy to help with it. I usually cook for the family on the holidays and its a pretty good spread, mind you it is only about 20 people. Also, I learned quite a bit from my mom who's birthday will be Friday. She worked in the cafeteria at Enochville for almost 30 years.
