Here is the day I found the chief $250

I like the classic look of the original paint. I am not sure if I want to go back original color and markings or with a gloss black and flat black on the quarter windows. I am open to suggestions.

I6 258 and have both 4spd man, and auto transmissions. This is going to see mountain roads, tow, and mild 4x4.

I used a rust neutralizer, a couple good washes, air dried, and applied a self etching primer. I did this to slow down any decay and give me a little time to acquire the resources that need. I keep it covered as well.

Im hoping this minor bend should come out, there are no creases.

I spent a combined total for all the tools $560. Thats a Millermatic 250 Mig Welder, 30gal CH Compressor, and tools.

I like the Chief wide track too. Nice buy on the tools and the Jeep. Looking forward to pictures as it comes together.

For $250 on this side of the Smoky's I'd barely be able to buy the shape of a fsj!!! Nice score and wish you luck :-bd
