That's odd. was the harness new or is it a reworked harness?
The bus I ride is so short it is a yellow Smart Car full of squirrels, monkeys and clowns.

I had this!! Awesome when your towing your camper in traffic. I had to repin the 12v and ground in the main coil connector on both sides. Wiggle the wires and see if it cuts in and out.

Which wire off of the Coils is the ground? I know for the injectors it’s the pink wire.

Yeah, this is not a fun problem to have. I have Kept this truck on a really short short leash around town the last year. Took it camping over Fourth of July about 20 miles away. One of the roads going up the hill I did not think I was going to make it.

Both. I ordered a cheap Chinesium harness from EBay and I’ve had to rework it a couple of times because it had the wrong connections on it. Come springtime I will be putting a brand new harness in the truck because at this point I think that’s gotta be where my issues are.

What do you recommend for a good hearness?

I really don’t have a good recommendation at this point, I’ve always used reworked harnesses, but after the issues of the last few I will be going new on the rest going forward unless it is a very late model engine. At this point they are 20 years old and the connectors are tired. I had to replace several of the connectors on my last one to get everything happy.

I've used both Speartech and PSI. Both worked okay, but I like the Speartech much better.
