After some lack luster local trips and failing to gain speed in overdrive I considered that I didn't have enough gearing so I switched back to stock size super swampers.
Got this thing out on the highway recently was doing 80 or so, gave it a good 30 miles down the road and came back home I am really digging overdrive can't wait to change gear ratios and get some bigger tires back in here but in the meantime started tying up a few loose ends.
So it took some doing but I got the leak fixed, 3rd seal did the trick.
Had a leaking oil pressure gauge fitting, fixed it.
No reverse lights, fixed.
interior lights door switches not grounding fixed.
Fuel gauge fixed, that was an interesting one had to pull the nuts and washers off the back of the gauge panel and sand em down, works now.
Added some length to air cleaner to try to get iat's down hopefully. Haven't run it yet
And now working on a larger radiator.
