Yeah, 17" slotted wheels are hard to find. These are likely one offs, but would be cool if somebody made these.

US Mag makes a 17" slot but its only available 10" wide and only 3-5/8" back space so the tire/wheels stick way out like your back bumper should be dragging the ground..... If they would do a 9" with 4.5" back space like they do in the 15" I'd own a set. I call them about once a month and ask so fingers crossed by the time I'm ready for tires........

Looks like an SJ as did their rendition a year or three ago. What a concept!

Too bad they didn't use the same designers for the current Grand.

I need those center caps for my slots! Just two obv, but then I don't have to worry about the stupid caps that screw into the wheel 🙄

There are 2 major differences between new Wranglers and FSJs. FSJs are meant to be both utilitarian and capable, not just capable. FSJs are also rarely initially recognized as Jeeps by the average American.

Plug-In Hybrid. It uses the chassis from a 4xE.

So its a 300hp turbo, with the electric motor also.

100% electric would be infinitely cooler IMO.

The Magneto 3.0 (3rd version), which is one of the other Jeeps, is fully electric.

Now that they've killed the KL, rumor is there will be a hybrid in that slot.

Good to know, I need to stop in and at least say hi. I was there 3 weeks ago with my J Truck, will be there again in 3 weeks with the Bronco.

I wonder how feasible it would be to swap the chassis like this. In theory the newer frame would be stronger and coil springs tend to ride smoother. I would forgo the 4xe part but the 2.0 turbo isn't that bad even though a 392 would be better.

The JK and JL have longer wheel bases. So the frame has to be either shortened, or the body modified for the longer wheelbase. In this concept, they modified the body. The front and rear wheel opens are pushed farther out.

We do have a current running there here putting a J-Truck on a JKU frame: viewtopic.php?t=20923

I can not help but enjoy the SJ style concept toys from Jeep. :-bd

This post takes me back to many Moab trips over the years. I never had the pocket book for such Jeeps but I did what I could in my back yard.

Flash back to my last trip to Moab and back... because I could. No trailer required.
