Shop floor coverings

After years of working on dirt floors and outside in the cold I FINALLY have a shop! Unfortunately, it has sat vacant for a long time so the mice and birds have really ravaged the place. I finally have it clean enough to work in but I have a long way to go.

I want to put in some kind of epoxy floor covering, but I definitely need to pressure wash the living daylights out of the floor first.

What is a good concrete cleaner and what floor coverings do you guys have?

Pictures are from before any of the cleaning started. Floor is pretty good but there are a couple of large cracks/expansion joints.

Rather than epoxy coatings, I prefer just acrylic floor sealer. It is easily cleaned, repaired, even recoated without looking like “hey you fixed this spot”. It’s also not slippery when wet, most epoxy coatings might as well be coated in birthing agent when wet.

Thank you! I like yours as well. Did you do the insulation in the ceiling? Looks good.

I had the insulation done, it 5" open cell spray foam, supposed to be equal to R30, its sure easy to heat and cool and worth the +/-$3/sqft it cost to get it done. It is a Bardominium, the entire house is done in it, ceiling walls, roof of the porch and dividing wall from the house portion to the garage. On average it costs less than $100/ month to heat and cool all 2400 sqft.

here's a pic of the living portion with the last coat of floor finish drying, before the walls went in. I need to get some updated outside pics, not much different other than the old fence is gone, there is more grass, and the tools are put away LOL.
