Clean out those hell holes.

Post by Tnsser »

No wonder my driver's side floor pan has a 4 inch hole. The passenger side is rust free so I wonder what it's going to look like.

Home Deport/Lowes has stainless/galvanized fencing. I cut some to fit under the cowl and then bonded it to the cowl with Seal sealer. Nothing larger than 1/2" can enter that area now.

You beat me to it - lol - had planned on writing a post on this tonight. With the mild weather today, and having watched BJs Off-road YouTube video on the subject last night - I decided to dive in today & Im glad I did! Both sides were filled to the gills. Fortunately the metal is in good shape. Will be adding screen under the cowl to future-proof.

Did you remove your blower motor area inside unit ?
I had couple places critters made homes.
Found big mess in it.
