Changed the default avatar from the question mark (Sorry Tad, I know you loved messing with it :P )

I will put a bit more time into it later, but hey its this for now!

It only because I am too stupid to figure out how to get a picture under the size limit.

The dimensional size or the data size? I can raise the data size a bit. I just didnt want people with huge avatars that require longer to download for people with slower connections.

I raised the maximum avatar size to 10KB (It was 6KB). See if that helps you out.
