Front speakers on my wagoneer are both blown.. the plasitc ring around them is cracked i siliconed it. And it worked fir awhile.. but now its sounding bad again lol.
Are they 6.5 inch speakers ? Not 100% positive

thanks thats actually the speaker i was looking at.
did you install a aftermarket amplifier ? Im looking at this one to pair with those speakers. I think i'll probably have a run new speaker wires though, i havent checked yet but i imagine our speakers use 16-18ga wiring, and with this amp i think 14ga would be better
No amps, just new head unit(clarion m508) and all speakers. Used all factory wiring (it was in surprisingly good condition), just added adapters for speakers and for head unit connectors, crutchfield includes those for free.
Factory speaker wiring is 20ga, if you putting an amplifier there you’ll definitely want to put thicker speaker cables.

Yea i figured it was chintzy on the wiring size around 18ga.. didnt realize it was 20ga though. Thats ok i got spools of 16ga and 14ga wiring from my offroad light project.
