Duck Blind is Home!!

I drove my beloved FSJ home today!! She is running like new :)

They replaced all the lifters, two push rods, two rocker arms, all the top end gaskets and fixed a few vacuum lines i had messed up.

The entire job was 988$

She drives so very well now :)

Forgot to mention, they changed the oil and all the plugs as well. :)

I feel complete again :) I may pack a picnic lunch and go somewhere, maybe tommorrow :)

That's not a bad price at all for the work they did. Glad its back and running well!

Thanks Stuka! I looked under the Hood,they did a very nice job :) She does seem to be running a bit warmer...nothing I am alarmed about. But man does she purr now :) I cant help asking the wife if there is an errand she needs taken care of :) She chuckles at me and calls me a Jeep nut :)

Got her out again today to do laundry and get cat litter. My lord its like driving my couch!!! The engine just purrs right along but sounds like an old tank :)

I may just use my Jeep as my casket when I die :)
