Anyone know what I can do with my front grill? It's got bubbling all over the top. Is there anything I can do to stop the bubbling/wrinkling on the silver plastic covering?

Can you get metal ones? Is my best bet to find one second-hand and swap it out?

The 90 will have a surround as well as an insert. There are aluminum surround variants, but not sure the exact years. May be the muscle variant only. BJ's offroad lists the plastic replacement surround from Crown.

YES . What state .

the foil tends to bubble, I peeled mine off from most of the grille, fixed the broken pieces with JB weld, primed and painted... The marine epoxy that I had used before did not hold up after a few months.

Thank you , almost, until you get a bit too close, here you can see the oem chrome above the headlight vs. the ongoing painting redo of the broken plastic top

You have the Pig Nose grill. I thought you were referring to the Final Edition grill
