Full Size Jeep Network

I can find lots of info on setting tps to 0 bit can't find anything in how to get it up to 90+ when the pedal is to the floor. I installed the extension to give it a little more throw but it still tops out at 62. Any suggestions? Is there a way to set max tps the same way we do 0?

The more I think about this the more I think its an easy answer that is eluding me.
Feel free to give me the answer and say its obvious.
