Power on start up

Post by Veddy »

I'm hoping someone can help. My GW is very sluggish off the line. I have made modifications and I'm struggling with where the issue is.
1991 GW, 360V-8, NP229, and TF727.
Added Sniper EFI
33 inch tires on 15's with 2 inch offset
4 inch suspension lift
2 inch body lift
Patriot headers with high flow cat and Aeroturbine exhaust
Ring and pinion (F&R) upgraded to 4.09
Eaton Locker in the front
Eaton Detroit true track in rear

Again she is gutless at takeoff, any thoughts will help

You might try the progressive linkage on the sniper. Just to be sure, you are waiting 3-4 seconds after turning the key on before you start the motor, right?

I do wait 3-4 seconds before starting, I don't have the progressive linkage, how would that help?

It allows the Sniper to only use 2 injectors until you open the butterflies past a certain percentage.
