Breaking a bit from normal protocol we already have the dates for 2021 July 14th, 15th and 16th.
The FJ folks are showing up the following week and a week earlier is too close to the 4th of July.
Normally we decide these dates around the Campfire but we are going to have a very low turn out this year.
Casey talked to the KOA and the back camp spots are not available. KOA plans on making them premium RV sites. So we will see.
You can't make reservations via the web but if you call them in they will take reservations.
I will update this as time goes on.

Looking to come for 2021 now as international travel looks still dicey. The online reservations seemed to be working, although I didn't go all the way to the "pay me money to reserve this" click. How are things looking for those closer to the area? I know there was some discussion about tourist areas drawing some ire from Colorado? We would probably do a cabin at the KOA, they were pretty fun the last time out.

Why wouldn't your Cherk get over Red Mountain Pass? If you come up CO145 instead of US550, it's a more casual drive.
