In great shape, everything works. Only 58K miles on it.
We just took it down to the Great Sand Dunes and Taos, NM 850 mile trip and it did great.
Generator only has ~900 hours on it.
This was going to be a 'Mother in Law Cottage but no longer needed.
Engine and generator are gasoline so no diesel smell.
Its mostly original with some LED lights upgraded. Also has new bathroom vent and fan. The original information binder with maintenance records is still in it.
New rubber roof is just a few years old.
Water heater, furnace and Air Conditioner all work great
