The hot tubs, springs, and stuff were off of Benton Crossing Road north of Lake Crowley. I won't be more specific than that but it's all easy to find if you have a little spirit of exploration in you. ;)

The road from Bodie to Fletcher/Aurora is pretty straight forward. Just pass Bodie, go over and around a few single lane bridges, stay left at the intersection of Aurura and right at the next fence line to get to Fletcher. If the fee station at Bodie is open you should wait in the line but you do not have to pay if you are not visiting Bodie that day. It's a county road and they are happy to have you drive through.

Just visited Bodie for the first time, definitely a good trip to take even if you don't end up camping in the area. The town is spooky just to walk around in...
