SW Idaho Overlanding visits its neighbor, SE Oregon on a two day trip. This trip included a variety of different road conditions as we traveled the high desert. Come join SW Idaho Overlanding on another adventure into the wilds of nearby Oregon.

If you use the share code with the youtube tags, it will embed the video. in this case it would be 0sbQRkHM28M inside the tags.

The graves at the 4 minute mark remind me of the very old cowboy song "Bury Me Not On The Lone Prairie".

It is a interesting area. We were traveling on the old stage route from Poison Creek Station to the Rocks, which in the video was just past the grave site where the wells were. I found a picture of the rocks linked below and interesting history if you want to do some reading. See you on the trails, George.

For those who accompanied me on the trip. If you remember we stopped at a place called "The Rocks". This article shows a picture of "The Rocks". It also has some great stories of the area we drove through between Poison Creek and The Rocks. You will have to scroll about half way down to get to those stories, although the whole article is entertaining.
