"Old Blue"

Just wanted to introduce myself and my new to me 82 Cherokee. I've been restoring muscle cars for many decades along with a few k5 blazer so when I found Old Blue I figured why not do a cool old jeep.
Specs are 1982 with 360, 727tf, np219, 44 front and 20 rear and a/c.
It was sitting in a barn for the last 5 years after having been parked because of a bad axle bearing in the front end. Unfortunately it sat with no gear oil in it so the d44 is junk.
It has some rust in the roof drip rails and hood but floor pans and body are solid. That is the original faded blue paint. The truck was purchased new in Ocala Florida. I am the 3rd owner.
Plans are to overhaul the drivetrain and add a 6" lift, new wheels and tires, regear it, and make it street worthy. Then fix the rust and paint it.
