Work has been rough last week or two so been beating on the J for Beca. Well the dent is gone on the rocker. Pic's to come. Any one put in a complete new floor pan ,lets say custom? We are thinking it would be cool to just build our own.

I have removed a few floor pans. Fred Flintstone don't care for floor pans.

I didnt "build" a new one, but just used sheet metal cut to size and welded in. I plan to bed line it eventually, so that will hide most of it. The floorboards collect enough trash that you usually cant see them anyway.

James drove in from Texas , and got Beca's old bed from the 69 to take back and save a 71 J-truck from the rust gods. More room at the house.Beca also gave up a door shock towers and hood to him. But she knows where all the parts are to replace them .LOL

OH - I am pretty sure the bed from Becca's J2000 will not work on the J4000. The J4000 beds were more like the 74 and newer 8 foot beds with a longer wheel base than the 8 foot beds on J2000.

Dad and Tad traded for some more parts for the dash. I now have the a/c unit for my truck.
