Thanks! They are a Katzkin seat cover kit I ordered through BJs Offroad. Lots of different options with the kit and fits good.
I had a local upholstery guy install them and added heated seats while he was in there.

Do you have a reference on condenser that you installed?
The condenser I bought a long time ago but I believe I got it from team grand wagoneer.
Looks exactly like the one I got on Rock Auto for pretty cheap. Just find the one that fits an 80s Grand Wagoneer.
