Hahaha, that’s classic; thanks for the laugh. I’ve got a few projects for sure.rocklaurence wrote:66stepside, R U kidding me! How many Kool old Jeeps do you have? Do you have one for every day of the month? I need to move west because those old Jeeps dont exist here in Florida.. GRRR
That Blue Jeep is beautiful!
Im not worthy!!!!
Haha, yeah, this one came from a long time friend; I couldn’t say no.twisted frame wrote:Man, I can't be surprised anymore when a new Jeep appears in your threads. Very cool Willys. Nice to see a pic of another 60-2 also! That's what my truck has. What chassis is that Willys on or what's the lift?
All I can say about my Jeep right now is that it's been living at my folks' house helping them with spring cleaning, so that's good.
Hahaha, I hope so- Thanks!Stuka wrote:That FC is going to be a rocket ship!
Yeah, the smog pump is something I’ve never seen before either. The backstory is that it came in a 1978 Limited Edition Wagoneer with rear end damage. I didn’t get to see the wag itself, but it is supposedly a runner. Time will tell.twisted frame wrote:I dig the post where the 401 air cleaner label is the second pic! It's amazing that the label is still there and I can read it but it's even more unbelievable (to me, anyway) you found a 401 that looks like it might be original and un-sleeved, not bored out and ready for whatever you've got planned for it. Is the yellow pulley a smog pump? I've never had one of those.
Thanks! As soon as we are done installing newer axles on my son’s 62 Thriftside, I’ll be tackling that behemoth.coolhand75 wrote:Nice I love the fc’s. That one looks pretty clean. Good find

Not sure exactly what spot on 200 you saw but I drive all over eastern WA, N ID, and W MT for work and it's really hard to not drag everything home that I see. Lots of cool old iron on the backroads around here.rocklaurence wrote: ↑Mon Apr 27, 2020 10:12 am Im working in the Spokane Wa area and drove out to Bonner's Ferry Id/Montana Pend Lake this weekend and noticed that '70's Fords and Chevy trucks are stacked like fire wood in every ones yards! Geez! I can drive for days and only see 1 or 2 in Florida! I also saw some International trucks/Scouts but no FSJs. I also saw a COE yard with old trucks, Metros etc lined up on the cliffs over looking SR200. Anyone familiar with that place?
Thanks! An M715 project just popped up here in Spokane for 2k (stimulus check!?) hahaha.Chubbinius wrote:That looks nice mocked up. I like the double lights in there. Both of those rigs make me want to start hunting for ones too.
Lol, yeah, I’ve got a few projects. It’s perfect for quarantine times.Chubbinius wrote:Too much cool stuff; yours is the quad cab build too? Wow!
One day I'll hopefully have a little farm to grow a couple of extra Jeeps myself. $2k for an M715? Do tell, er link, please...maybe it can be shipped to someplace to store for the future farm.
I saw that this morning and put it on the zone. I have room if you're interested and will be traveling east sometime in the next 6 months or so. Where are you located?Chubbinius wrote: ↑Fri May 01, 2020 1:55 pm Too much cool stuff; yours is the quad cab build too? Wow!
