It sure how I didn’t get a single pic of camp…. We just spent 3 days and 3 nights in the tent doing a little wheeling in Clayton OK. So I’ll throw up a couple of pics from the weekend and a pic of the latest update to the tent, got an antenna mount done so 2 way communications work

The silver buggy is 18 years old and has become a community machine, I own it, a buddy houses it and maintains it, and 3 of us use it. It’s a good deal for all, I wasn’t I trouble for selling it, my buddy wasn’t in trouble for buying it and the 3rd is the guy that we both call and helps us with everything and anything. Good to have friends. Works out well for everyone. This car is known as Rokit 00, like double aught buck in shot gun, may not be pretty, may not be sexy, but it rocks and gets it done

The black car I built in 2008. If you’re familiar with the extreme rock crawling world, you’re probably familiar with Twisted Customs, this is a clone of their chassis and design, what the owner wanted. It’s known as Rokit SS, I to this day consider it my Rembrandt, it’s sexy, sleek, and gets it done with class. Rokit is my side hustle to help support my habits.

The F350 and the Polaris are for getting work done, gotta be able to haul the toys and do work on our 70 acre place.

FYI, it feels very wrong to follow all of your junk down the highway with someone else driving 🫣

Ok @Yeller, I’ve been wondering this for awhile but keep forgetting to ask… what are the things in your lower bedsides? Are those steps to make it easier to access the bed or is it something else? I’ve looked through your thread and haven’t seen anything about them but I am interested in them. What did you use to make it?

The details are a little fuzzy…. I’m assuming they are aftermarket. I seem remember a similar product available from JC Whitney from the late 70’s/early 80’s. The only marking on them is a patent number that I’ve unsuccessfully tried to look up.

Lol. When I switch to the slots I'll probably keep the full wheel covers around even if I get rid of the steel wheels. Why? I have no idea; those caps aren't even original to this Jeep.

Oil leak fixing. I should have resealed this motor before it went in. This is the last gasket left lol. Done all of them including a rear main since it has been installed. Getting a new power steering pump too. These engines are amazing 295k on the clock, oil pressure is good, very minimal oil consumption and it’s clean inside. Timing is chain is still like new. It’s due an oil change (5000 miles) it is still a dark amber color.

Nice! It always feels good to have no drips (an experience I only have when I borrow my dad's Mustang ). The Jeep...has about half the drips it had when we got it...

Yes I did LS swap it. It’s an LQ4 gen3 6.0 with a 4l80e

I just needed to host a pic for a PM. 700r4 to Atlas driveshaft clearance. This is a 2" driveshaft with a 1330 CV. This particular unit has a 1310 yoke on the transfer case and driveshaft with a 1330 H with a 1310/1330 crossover joint to give it enough angle to work in this application. not the best pic angles, it clears better than it looks. It is in the yellow bronco above, been running it that way for 10 years very successfully.
