Eco diesel engine swap

Post by atkpilot1 »

Well it's been about 6 months in the making

And I'm like, what's the best engine swap for a 1991 Grand Wagoneer. And I said, V6 ECODIESEL, the same one that is going in the Ram and Jeep's right now.

If you're a diesel nut, like me, this is way better than the Hellcat! Ok, maybe different. See you in MOAB in 2020.

I lifted the jeep 3 inches with new leaf springs and for a better engine fitment. I think the 3 inch lift is perfect!

Why'd you pick that over the Cummins crate motor?

The EcoDiesel makes double the power. The R2.8 is great for smaller rigs, but there is a guy here doing that swap too.

Would be cool to see updates on this build.
