Read all of those. Seems nobody commented on wether the cam made a difference or if they were happy.
Be good to hear from some actual owners on that cam swap.

Isn't it the same cam as sold by Edelbrock and Summit under another brand? I recall that from some previous discussion. If you could confirm that, you would increase the number of responders.

Might be hard to separate enthusiasm from confirmation bias.

The Edelbrock Performer #2132 and the Melling MTA-1 are identical. The Summit K8600 is a bit more aggressive.

Specs for #2132 and MTA-1:
Intake duration: 204 Degrees
Exhaust duration: 214 Degrees
Intake lift: .448"
Exhaust lift: .472"
Lobe separation: 110 Degree
Intake Center Line: 105 Degree

EDIT: Fixed typo

You mean the 2132? Yep, same specs. Melling probably making it for them.

Somebody that put one in and ran it will probably comment. Im interested in hearing how it worked out. If they had to change valve springs too.

Yes, I have looked at this for my 8:25 compression engine, what it might benefit from it.
So far the salesmanship on I find is YA buy it and try it BS.
No credible data so far on this for my app.
STUFF a low comp engine and get its MAX volumetric usage and gain 21.3HP.
Great!
