ID this LS engine part
Anyone know what this is? This item was in the bottom of a box of old engine parts and gaskets returned to me by the machine shop post engine rebuild. It's a steel ring, measures about 1.855" OD (47mm), 1.445" (37ish mm), and 0.455" (11.5mm) high. The engine is a 5.3 l from a 2003 Chevy Silverado, 4l60E.
