The front can be changed, the rear technically can be, would be very expensive. Far more expensive than simply buying 8 lug wheels.

Any particular reason you want to downgrade to 6 lug?

Ahh. Well, for the front you can swap out the whole outer assembly and convert it to 6 lug. The big issue is the rear. Very few people try to convert full float axles to 5 or 6 lug. Dynatrac does build 5 and 6 lug D60's in both semi and full float. So I would give them a call to see if they have outers that will work on a standard D60. I would assume they would, although they do use larger bearings for some applications.

Since the rear is full float, if the center hole of your wheels can fit over that hub, a few people have made custom axles and used 6 lug front hubs in the rear. It wasn't Dutchman, but another company that makes them 2 piece for racing.

Good point. Almost all 6 lug wheels are hub centric for the smaller half ton hubs. All 3/4-1 ton stuff uses the larger hub diameter.

Sounds like you got the wrong axles for what you are trying to do. What are you trying to do? ;) I would be looking for a buyer on the 6 lug wheels and put the tires on new 8 lug wheels.
