I'd question the relay upgrade requirement.
Recently fitted phillips ultinon lamps in hella crystal headlights. The leds run on lower voltage and they come with transformers. As they require less power the original wiring etc is more than capable of the loads.
P. S I've. Done relay upgrades, wiring and headlamps etc to run high output phillips halogens on my other vehicle, the ultinon Leds are far superior on brightness, cut off and beam pattern
