I will check the TSM but I am wondering if you guys have ever removed the AC condenser through the grill opening? I'd rather not drain and pull the radiator if I don't need to.

On my 81, you have to pull the radiator. The mounting tabs for the condenser are behind it. Can't be accessed from in front.
I start what I finish.

Might not need to drain it, but might need to pull the fan, then dismount radiator so you can pull it away enough to access condenser bolts?

Just thinking.....

I was looking at that too. I think I can just move the radiator back a bit and slip the condenser out between. I am going to give it a shot next weekend.
