Did my 1990 have the split loom cover from the factory?

I might lament the amount of grease and oil on the underside, until I think about the lack of rust.

The dash harness for sure has a loom. Engine compartment like candymancan said. Stuff gets crispy after a while, especially in the engine compartment. When rebuilding my engine harness I got some new hi-temp split loom to replace - might not be a bad idea to protect the wires if yours is turning to dust, or you don't have it at all.

My dash didnt have any loom. Unless you consider wrapped in electrical tape a corrogated loom. The inside wiring is just wrapped in electrical tape and where the wiring splits into multiple wires its wrapped in.... duct tape
