Division Bar Replacement

Post by GrandW »

Hi - does anyone have great tips on replacing the division bar? This is the bar that is in between the window triangle (front) or rectangle (rear) and the rest of the window.

Not sure if it's a slide in, slide out part?

If you buy the kit from BJs or TGW, there will be instructions. Likely they are online somewhere.

I used the kit, and it's pretty tight on the glass. Instructions suggest you use pop rivets for the top end, but others have had better results using the rivets for this purpose from the Chevy/FOrd classic truck sites. You may also be able to buy the fuzzy channel by itself on these sites, and then it would be slipped in to the existing channel.
