Um.. is this rust that goes to the feet fresh air vents ?

The vents by your feet... I noticed my jeep on both sides drivers and paszenger the paint was bubble here in my pic so i ground it down and its through.

Is this section where the vents are ? Please tell me no.

If it is how hard do you think itll be to fix this ? I vould i could cut it out and weld in a patch.. bondo sand and paint... but man i dunno

Nvm.. stupid me i didnt check behind it..thankfully its just a 1 peice section of body... nothing behind it

You cant see it in this pic buts behind that metal support plate.

Got worried for a second..

This shouldnt be too hard to fix i dint think. Just cut it out tack weld a new peice... bondo sand and paint right ?

Yep. That's what I'd do. Easy fix.

wish i knew how rust like this started on my jeep , i have the same thing on the other side, and the quarter panels and spots with the wood trim all have bubbling paint i finally grinded down to clean metal and repainted.. I really think the repaint someone did in 2010 on it has something to do with this
