Long travel driveshaft

Now that I have shackle reverse on the honcho, it's time for a long travel front driveshaft.

I"m running a 1350CV on the Atlas tcase and a 1350 yoke on the D60.

What are some good (and inexpensive) long drive splines / yokes out there?

I don't think there is a cheap option. All the long travel shafts I have seen have been custom parts. Unless you use square tube.

I've been using the same driveshaft guy now for years, so I went ahead and dropped it off with him.

He called me back and quoted just under $500 to get my existing 1350CV rebuilt with a long travel setup. I told him I needed 5" of compression and the rest will be droop. I figure that if Flint can get away with 1" of compression that 5" may be enough for the honcho.

with my new extended wheelbase, my front driveshat will be 34.5" yoke-to-yoke :fsj:

well I'm going to have about 5" of compression travel and about 20" of droop travel. Is that not enough?

So the splined section is like 35 inches? Impressive if so. The splined section on my JK's front shaft is roughly 12".
