Will be bringing the forum down on thursday night for some updates. It should not take very long, and will try to have everything back up and going as soon as possible.

No, that is because there was a zero day exploit that allowed a hacker to get access to the site and run a script that is spamming emails. Or rather, was spamming. Its not now, but emails are currently off, will be back on soon(ish).
