Rhino grill install.

Post by uncletiffy »

My 79 went up on stands yesterday, starting to pull the axles out.
I decided to pull the original front grill off and have a look.

Umm, so..............?

Is there a thread explaining how to install the Rhino grill before I start asking questions?
Like, what do I do with the hood release?

If I were doing this, I would be looking for hood latch assembly from a rhino grille donor.

I would go with the later in cab release cable.

I rolled a piece of flat strap around the latch bar and welded it on. But, I have small hands so reaching it through the grille is easy for me.
