The description of it is a bit misleading. It is most certainly not one of a kind. There is a company that makes these out of a standard 2.5 or 5 ton (depending on what the buyer wants).

So top speed would be about 52, woohoo...
It should do 60+ with the 53" tires (stocks were around 36"). With 53's they normally will cruise at 55 without any issues.
with some thing like that, you'll eventually catch them "at the light", would be cool to come real close to them then. Truckers down here go 70-80. folks towing trailers go about that same speed. It it legal, maybe not but here in the pan handle, they are a little slack.
