Their forum has a feature to give a "Thank You" to a post that you agree with or that you truly wish to thank for providing good information, etc...
The person's ScreenName that is offering that "Thank You" goes in a small section below the post that is being Thanked.
What do you think?

By default no, there are a few mods that are capable of doing this. I don't see it as being a huge issue to install, but would have to look into it to be sure.
And I can certainly see the usefulness of it, I can also see some downsides to it. I will think about it

I have that option on my cj forum as well, and is a popular feature. I have used it a few times myself for getting a some really good info.
