Wide Track Grand Wagoneer Project For Sale. $4500?

My dream project has been terminated and I need to sell off.
1989 Grand Wagoneer from AZ, no rust except small bit at body mounts which has been repaired. Full frame off. Frame is epoxied. Mounted over wide track Dana 44’s with 3:73 Detroit/Eaton True Trac both front and rear. 4” custom lift springs from Alcans. Body has wide track fender flares and wheel tubs grafted on. This was expensive as it required modifying the rear door frame and doors. I have fiberglass front fenders for it but they are not mounted up.
Interior items, glass, trim be included. I have the fuel tank but none of the mechanicals. I do have a disk brake kit for it.
I have a clear title for it.
Very cool project but a long ways to go. Original vision was 4 cyl Cummins to go in it.
