Anybody know any good salvage yards for '90s and older stuff, especially Jeeps, around Fort Collins, CO? Apparently internet searches are not particularly helpful for finding salvage yards...
There are 2 major differences between new Wranglers and FSJs. FSJs are meant to be both utilitarian and capable, not just capable. FSJs are also rarely initially recognized as Jeeps by the average American.
If you are looking for specific items, you could try car-part.com You'll need a zip code in Fort Collins area. Not all yards list in that service, but you might get a few prospects.

You're not far from WY & NE, so might expand your search a little, but will probably need to drive a bit to find what you need or have it shipped.
Ask other FSJ/CJ owners you come across, as they would be the best source for locals with multiple rigs collecting dust on their back lots, and might have rigs to part out.
Include CJ's in your search.

Sounds good, thanks guys! There are a lot of import and new-car yards around here, and I'm sure there are other salvage yards, but I have yet to find them...
